  Truly, one of the worst McDonald’s experiences I’ve ever had I didn’t think it was possible for me and my friends whole order to taste like garbage. The burgers all tasted like a rubber bouncy ball and the arch burger taste like it’s a month old. The area is clean, but the service is not the best and there’s a smell to the whole place.

  why do you guys just stare at customers waiting at the counter? I work in customer service too and ive never walked up to the counter, stood there for 5 minutes helping an employee learn how to do something, look the customer in the eye and then walk away and not even ask them if they need help with something. i waited about 10 minutes just to pick up my food which was already ready just because all the employees here just stare at you and ignore you!! the only guy who asked if we needed help was the guy in the vest who provided drinks!!! everyone else here in the night of 3/25 should be fired or retrained on customer service.

  I ordered on my own since no one came to the front register, my fries were cold, yes cold no warmpth to them at all, missing cheese I added and paid extra for on my chicken sandwich and I had to ask for my drinks or would of left with out those too. Very disappointed and too aggravated to u turn and go back.

  Typical McDonalds in experience. Good was tasty and hot. Wait was reasonable. I ordered inside for takeout. I'm only deducting a start because they forgot to hand me a cup for my drink
