There were 5 folks waiting for their orders to be called. 15 min later there was still 3 people waiting.. things cleared out, but several orders were missing things...30 min later, someone who came in after me got their food. We could all here the woman in the back complaining, ordering, calling out commands... I suspect they were also prioritizing the drive up. Two more people after me also had their food coming out. I don't know what was going on, but it was the slowest I've ever seen. I left It was ... clean

When I received it the fries were cold and horrid tasting. And my sauces weren’t in the bag. Tried to get the attention of the drive thru lady and she blatantly ignored me. Had to walk in and speak with a representative at the front counter who was a delight to speak with and handled it better then the drive thru and their management staff. Will not be going back again.

The drive through lady. When customers come to a drive through. To make an order. Don't sound like you hate your job or its a burden to take an order I would have been better off ordering from a robot than this lady. Get to the window to pay. Not a smile or thankyou or have a nice day. This mcdonalds hardly every gets the drive through orders correct. But to have this lady taking orders in your drive through, mcdonalds is gonna have a lot of foot traffic cause I wouldn't want to be treated that way when ordering food. Or even talked down to like she is above her job. Mcdonalds in Hawthorne your steady going down hill. Go to burger barn might be a wait but better treatment from the staff and no sounding like the clear eyes guy.
