- JJJosh JohnsonSep 5, 20251.0I Ordered the ultimate hut bundle for delivery which comes with wings, by time the delivery driver drove off I realized we had no wings, so I called up to the Havana location telling them what happened and I was told to hold on for a minute to see if they had them in the back, I was then told yes they are indeed sitting on the rack, I drove up there to get them and asked about possibly getting the delivery fee waived since I paid extra for delivery fee and still had to drive up there to get my complete order, I was told “no we don’t do that” People make mistakes I’m not mad at the delivery driver or any one person but maybe change your policies because it’s ridiculous I have to pay a delivery fee and still end up using my time and gas to go get the rest of my order that was failed to be delivered…
