Tonight, during the night shift, I stopped by just to use the restroom and the employee spoke to me in a very rude way and told me I couldn’t use the bathroom, without giving any clear explanation or offering any alternative. Regardless of whatever internal policies they may have, the lack of respect and the way they talk to customers make people not want to come back to places like this. In the end, I had to leave and go to another Taco Bell where they treated me better and at least gave me the chance to use the restroom. Very negative experience: they didn’t even let me use the restroom and the attitude was terrible.

I was literally searching for the meat inside my crunch wrap supreme. I had less that the normal quantity . I used to go often but won’t go anymore since service and quality(quantities) are getting bad

They didn’t take the 10% off and I went back and immediately told them and they said I’m out of luck and have to reorder. I asked to talk to manager and she said everyone there is a manager and just gave me attitude. They didn’t do anything for me. I would not recommend coming here.
