  Horrible service, they never pick up the phone they put me on hold three separate times and never called back, also I tried putting in the order online and I’m a server who makes cash tips so I mostly only have cash on me and the online order don’t accept orders that are over $25, which is how much my order is and i feel like the cap should be higher.

  I placed a delivery order through the app at 7:30 PM, which estimated an 8:00 PM arrival. By 8:30, I still hadn’t received anything, so I called the restaurant. The woman who answered was extremely rude and even hung up on me. She told me the app’s timing is inaccurate and that I should have called beforehand to get the “real” wait time. Instead of trying to help, she dismissively said she could send the order in 45 minutes. Needless to say, I canceled the order.

  Ordered a Pizza and after an hour of the Driver not moving i call the store and they tell me the driver was in an accident. 30 mins later i call again and the so called "manager" who refused to provide her name was very rude and hung up and then refused to pick up the phone. Pizza was never delivered and refund was never proceesed had to go through bank directly

  Even on a Monday night, pizza took about half an hour longer to arrive than what they said, and was no longer hot when it arrived. I would not order from this location again.

  Terrible terrible terrible experience. DO NOT BOTHER ORDERING FROM THIS STORE. Not only did they make a mistake while taking my large order and everything got deleted (I had to recite it all over again) but 45 minutes later after it was supposed to be delivered, I called to check the status and they informed me that my order was never placed and not in their system. I was transferred to the manager who tried to convince me that I called the wrong store (they were the only one I called) and when I explained that I had 3 hungry littles and now I had to figure out food, the only option I was provided was just to place another order. I don't normally leave reviews but this lack of accountability remorse and lack of consideration was just too much for me to let slide. They won't be getting my business. Consider if they should get yours.
