  Today I made the decision to no longer support Wendy’s. I have been a fan of this fast food chain since I was a little boy many years ago. Unfortunately, they are taking advantage of the economic situation and inflation and have increased the price of some of their value meals by as much as 50% and to add injury to insult the manager today told me that she had to charge me a quarter extra for barbecue sauce. The bathrooms were locked. The restaurant was dirty. And the workers had absolutely no personality. Going to try some new options that are not taking advantage of a loyal customer base.

  This is easily the worst Wendy’s location I have ever experienced. Looooong wait at the drive thru but they stopped me from pulling forwards so as to “cheat” the sensors that monitor wait times. The food was cold and awful, the baked potatoes were dry and disgusting, seemed at least a day old, and, no shock, they were missing the toppings. Sorry I made the stop there. Won’t make that mistake again.

  Ok food. Bad service, they don't greet you, just stand in silence and wait for you to start with the order. Place seems a bit dirty, old and unmaintained.

  Me and my family love Wendy’s, but due to the horrible, horrible, horrible, disgusting uneducated, and disrespectful manager that this location has I will never visit any location of Wendy’s ever again I’m telling my friends and family to stay away. I don’t know how such a franchise can decide to have such horrible qualities in a Manager made me go through the drive-through just to tell me to go inside to pick up my food just to tell me that it was locked and go back through the drive-through again then to tell me she doesn’t wanna give me my food just because she’s having a bad day completely ruined my night ruined my appetite. We will never come again please Wendy’s do better if you’re going to hire a manager, make sure they have good skills. This person acts like they didn’t even have a high school diploma.

  I just have The worst treatment ever at this Wendy's Friday 4:40 pm I ordered a #4 Classic Crispy Chicken Sandwich, just the sandwich. When I opened my bag I have small chicken sandwich with only lettuce, I told the lady at window that wasn't what I ordered, they give me a wrong sandwich, I ordered the #4 Crispy Chicken Sandwich they miss the tomatoes, pickles,mayo, etc. and the chicken patty was smaller, They tried to say the I ordered wrong. I snapped a picture of the menu and show it to her They gave me actitude. I ask to remake my sandwich the right way, they asked me to pay the difference because apparently they changed me for the wrong sandwich, I say ok, but they tried to over charge me $5.73 more when I already paid $2.66 before that total $8.39 and the menu said $6.89 for the sandwich. I asked for my money back, they shorted me my money they only give me &2.50. when I told the manager I wasn't happy with the treatment she said she didn't care if I wanted I can forward my complaint with the corporate, waooo what kind of managers and employees you guys have They don't have a clue of CUSTOMER SERVICE is all about, I will make sure to tell my family and friends to not spend their money on that place anymore.
