  I've never had chicken wings so small before. It was frustrating to arrive home expecting a good meal, only to find out in the photo that it was a rip-off. I was completely deceived. I will never go back there and I will advise my friends against it. Nunca me habia pasado que unas alas de pollo fueran tan pequeñas. Fue frustrante llegar a la casa confiada de que tendria una buena comida y como ven en la foto es un robo. Fui engañada. No volveré jamás ahi y le recomendaré a mis amigos que no vayan.

  I came in during the super bowl rush and it was extremely packed but for good reason, everyone was really flustered but one of the employees, daniel, got everyone super under control and got my order just in time and perfectly done. his polite demeanor was refreshing !

  Do not buy at this location!!! Rude employees, rude customer service. I came in asking for a manger respectfully and two employees said there was no mangers on the shift at the moment which was weird because it’s only employees there and cooks. The first employee which was a Hispanic female just looked at me like I was speaking a different language and completely ignored me. I then proceeded to asked the gentleman which was next to her on another register the same question, “can I please speak to your manger?” He looked at me and roll his eyes. I’m completely disgusted about the service I received, its very disappointing knowing I used to buy here all the time as a teenager.

  I called them twice about their chicken which all of a sudden started tasting like CHLORINE OR SOAP for the past few months. All it took was 2 times for me not to go here anymore and they were the last 2 times I ate there. it’s absolutely disgusting and no you cannot continue eating your food and ignore it. It’s that bad and someone else in the reviews said it tasted like soap!! I don’t know what the new management got going on but they need to spruce up their sanitary and cleaning protocols as well as sell chicken that was actually handled properly.

  I'm not sure who the manager is. However, the female who works there is in need of more professional training. When you have customers that walk in, address them with a smile, say, hello, how may I help you, and not stand there and stare at them. In addition, the female that was there on February 7th (evening) needs to be more attentive or get her hearing checked. I tried to call in. She put me on hold for 10 minutes, and then when she came back to the phone she kept on saying huh, huh, huh, as though she couldn't hear me. I spoke up louder and then she hung up the phone--very unprofessional. I had to come in to place the order. She didn't say anything until I said something and when I did say something, she said huh again,( focus, focus, pay attention to the customers, not the chatting employees), so I don't know if she needs to get her hearing checked, but she does need some other work training. The place wasn't even busy. One family was in there eating, no line.
