  I have an humiliating experwince with the general manager Kim Hampton . I went to place and order and the general manager feel that I was asking too much and decide to ask me if I want to change the bread . I said no I want the Italian herbs and cheese . She ask me the same question 3 times and I ask her why do you want me to change the bread , she told me that she was by herself and and the bread it takes 2 hours to cook . I told her but I just saw you refilling the bread and It was 5 full lanes of bread (20 footlong in total) . She got mad at me and say this crazy . I told her that I don’t know what she is talking about because I am the customer and if I want that kind of bread she has prepare the order however I want. She literally with her poor unprofessional way to treat customer shows me why we can see so many people complaining about this store . I wish I knew about this before so I don’t have go through this humiliation in front of the customer. At the end I preferred to leave the store without eating nothing . 0stars from me.

  The establishment closes at 11:00, but I arrived at 10:30, and the employee started complaining because I wanted to place an order. She began saying that she was working alone and that next time I should arrive earlier. I do not believe a customer should be treated this way. It is shameful.

  We usually have no problems here but tofay around 1:45 the youngish white lady working was rude as hell. She got an attitude with me the moment I walked in. Then she kept rudely asking what I wanted on my sub, and I asked for a lot of oil and vinegar. And she refused to give me but the smallest bit. I then asked well can I get more I like it drenched wnd she responded with " i already drenched it " in the worst attitude id seen. The customer should be able to choose what they want and how much. Not how much the server CHOOSES for you! The other lady was a lot nicer and made her do what I asked for MY sandwich!

  Worker refused to ring up meatballs. I get 2 cups of meatballs at every subway because my kids only eat the meatballs. Manager seemed to hate her life and was rude to customers in front of me.

  I want to appreciate the young lady thanks for your service.In the other hand the older lady was the rudest we asked a question and she answered with such an attitude! I will not be going there again very dissatisfied and disappointed!
