  The last time we ordered pizza here it was over an hour late. We called and spoke to Tom who said that wasn't their usual and to give them another chance. Well we did and even selected pick up to avoid any extreme late delivery issues. After placing our order I was told it would be ready for pick up between 4:06 and 4:16pm. We arrived at 4:30 and on the way here verified via they're tracking app that it was ready. When we arrived Russ said the order was actually in the oven now just being made, mind you ten minutes later than it was supposed to be ready. He claimed at first the order just hadn't been made yet and was mistakenly marked ready. Then he changed his story and said a driver mistakenly took our order and delivered it to someone else and he didn't notice until we came to pick up our order. It is currently 4:55 and we are being told it'll be a other ten minutes before our order is ready as we stood there watching make it because funny it wasn't in the oven when we got here either. This is unacceptable. When I asked to speak to tom I was told he was there but Russ just came back out. Eventually we got a refund. It's been an hour since we placed our order and we still don't even have it. We've been sitting on the parking lot for 25 minutes. I can make a pizza in 25 minutes. I wouldn't place an order here for delivery or pick up. They clearly do not care about their customers at all or actually making food in the time they claim. An hour late both times truly is a skill though especially for pizza.

  Extremely disappointed with this location. It has increasingly gone downhill every time I have come. In the past, they would refuse to take any mobile orders due to being short staffed (I get it as I have been in that predicament) but what I didn’t get at the time was them making you order place an in person and laugh in your face when you would ask to honor any mobile coupons or discounts. I avoided this place like a plague due to this. But today, March 8th @7:30-8:05pm was the worst and most difficult experience I had. Ordered a mobile order and waited patiently, it took longer than normal and it was busy, no problem. But I had got a notification when it was ready, I went inside and they REFUSED to even check. I waited 30 MINUTES inside, seeing multiple people being serviced and received their pizza. Nothing and more nothing, I finally got called and it was the pizza that was sitting on the counter for 30 MINUTES. I told the man clear as day my name and he claimed “Oh, I’m sorry I thought you said another name.” I am furious as his only response was that he was the only man, even though there were several other workers. Highly disappointed and will no longer come to this location as these people are just lazy and can’t even comprehend a simple thing as a name on an order. 💀 Absolutely embarrassing Papa John’s 💀
