  I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s on Hinson Avenue for years, and it’s honestly frustrating to see how much it has gone downhill. The customer service used to be decent, but lately it’s been consistently terrible. The new crew seems very unprofessional. Employees are more focused on chatting and walking around than actually doing their jobs. I even saw two younger employees coming in and out of the kitchen acting like they were playing around, not dressed properly and clearly not taking their roles seriously. On my most recent visit, I was told to sit and wait for my food. After 25 minutes of waiting outside, no one brought anything. I went inside to ask about my order, and at first, I was completely ignored. Eventually, a young employee helped me, but they hadn’t even started preparing my food yet. After already waiting 25 minutes, I had to wait another 15 minutes inside. That’s completely unacceptable. I don’t know what happened to the previous management, but the current team is poorly organized and lacks professionalism. If things don’t improve, this location is going to lose a lot of long-time customers like me.

  Burgers quality lower than expected, as well as chicken nuggets. Service is good.
