  The young lady working tonight definitely didn't want to be there. The older lady was kind and tried to help but she was busy with online orders. The young lady put no effort into making my son's sandwich right. We ask for white American cheese and she said they were out until the other lady spoke up and told her to get it out the fridge. She was balling up the turkey on the bread until we asked her to spread it out. She definitely needs more training or another job!!!

  We always weigh out our opinions when choosing a Subway restaurant: location, atmosphere, food quality, customer service past experiences. If the subs were perfect, but the atmosphere was off, we would return to the location, but opt for pick up; if the subs weren’t good, but the customer service was great, we wouldn’t rule out the location, but if the subs were perfect and the customer service was lousy, the location is deemed “never again!” And this location has been added to our “never again “ list! We specifically returned to this location because our past few visits were great - we actually passed two other Subway restaurants to get to this one! But this time our visit was ruined by the server! We went to the restaurant on a Thursday night at 8:00PM. There were no other customers in the dining area and the couple in front of us were paying for their order. The server asked us how many subs we were getting and what type of bread we wanted - normal questions, but not delivered in the friendly manner we were used to at this location. As we continued to place our orders, three more customers came in behind us. At this point the server remarked “Oh Lord! Why these people always decide to come in when I’m here!? It’s like they know I be working and always decide to come in here!” Then she told the other server to go back and get the bread. Her entire behavior was as if she was annoyed that customers were in the restaurant and she actually had to WORK! It was such an unpleasant experience. And while we were able to get everything that we ordered on our subs, the customers behind us were told they were out of provolone and other menu items. I’d like to add that it was early in the evening, yet she was complaining that they were not going to have time to clean up. In closing, our subs were good, but we did not eat in the restaurant. The server’s demeanor made us feel as if we were a burden; an inconvenience, and it really put a damper on our evening. We will not return to this location.

  When placing my order, I requested the meal of the day. There’s was a banner showing the price as 6.99, but when I ask for drink and chips, they said I would have to pay extra… The restaurant was empty, yet the employee said we couldn't sit at the table we chose.

  Whoever the older woman that was working today around 2pm needs to be fired. She was on break I guess because she was sitting at a table eating while the younger woman was serving customers, When she came to help she had extreme attitude towards the costumers because we asked for 2 Italians not knowing all the bread they had was considered Italian, our bad I guess, then when an adult from our group was trying to order in English even though Spanish is her first language, the lady became extremely rude and unprofessional saying she can refuse service after the other people from the group explained she was learning English and didn’t understand everything this lady was saying. The woman in our group put her hand up to signal one moment , she said one moment please but in Spanish, while another costumer stepped in to help and the worker became extremely rude saying “ no she understands she speaks English “ EXTREMELY RUDE, it was practice and I am extremely embarrassed for this company to have her representing them. Everyone deserves grace and dignity and how dare this woman sit there and be so rude to someone , I understand we probably interrupted her break, but that is inexcusable. Si eres un hispanohablante que no entiende completamente, no vayas aquí, te faltarán el respeto
