Upon arrival, I found a line of individuals from regular customers to DoorDash folks, waiting for their orders. It appears that there was only one worker running the entire store that night. 😮😮. Just one! Normally, people would complain about the wait time and express frustration, which some did. But, to be quite honest, Tom was outstanding. I never seen someone handle that type of chaotic situation with such poise. He handled it like a true professional that cares about customer service. Tom...you saved the night and deserve full recognition for it. Thank you sir.

I had ordered the Hawaiian BBQ Chicken, no onions and substitute mushrooms. All items were on the pizza, but all in a pile in the middle of the pie, and very poorly made. I showed it to the register clerk and asked if this is how they intended it to look like, and she offered to make it over, but with a 15 - 20 minute delay to remake it. I just took it as the weather was bad and just wanted to get it home.
