Just one! Normally, people would complain about the wait time and express frustration, which some did. But, to be quite honest, Tom was outstanding. I never seen someone handle that type of chaotic situation with such poise. He handled it like a true professional that cares about customer service. Tom...you saved the night and deserve full recognition for it. Thank you sir.
