    If I could give it 0 stars, I would. By far the WORST McDonald's I've ever gone to. Placed an online order ahead of time, got to there, waited over 40 minutes before I said something after I saw 2 families come in, order and get their food first. There's never someone upfront on the counter to help and they get upset when you have to flag someone in the back to get any kind of help. Manager tried to blame it on being "short staffed" yet they were at least 10 employees in the back. Only after I demanded to get my order is when they actually prepared it and got it, almost 50 minutes after. Do yourself a favor and skip this location entirely.

    My first job 32 years ago was at McDonald’s, and things have changed so much since then. That’s where I learned what a drive-thru really is and how long you should keep a customer waiting. But today’s experience erased all the good memories I had. I’ve had several issues before, but today I arrived at 4:17 p.m. They took my order and asked me to pull up to the next window. By 4:45 I was still there, so I had to move and park to see what was going on with my order. At first, they ignored me, and I had to ask what was happening, but nothing. I went back and heard one of the employees saying, “I don’t know, I’ll take it to the car,” and when she realized it was me, she changed the conversation. How unprofessional! In the end, they gave me my money back. Things have changed so much… nothing like the old days.

    For this to be a new McDonald's very slow service.No one is ever in front.they want you to use the kiosks instead.not a good experience.
