I’ve been to this location since it opened and there is a girl on the second window who is light skinned, red-pinkish hair who is so rude. She NEVER makes eye contact with me or say a word after I clearly say thank you and I find that as a lack of respect. I don’t expect a conversation but just eye contact and a simple “enjoy” or whatever.

First time, I waited over 25 mins for my food. I had my son in that car so I wasn’t getting out. Second time, they handed me half of my order and tried to rush me away. Then I had to wait 15mins for some hotcakes!

Where I was standing 5 employees looked at me and kept moving not one came over to ask if I needed assistance. A man walk in a female worker walks over ask if he is there for pick up I then try to kindly ask for assistance and she walks away I know she heard me. I continue to stand there a man finally comes out with the man’s to go and at this time I was able to ask for assistance. Still there was employees talking about personal things and not covering the front or helping customers.
