As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

The burger was a very thin single patty with no tomatoes, no cheese, a small piece of lettuce and no pickles. They didn't have apple pie and did not give me anything in its place, not even a coupon to pick it up later. This is false advertisement of deals and a disrespectful mess to customers

Right after that msg. Second only went by. I got a msg it was ready for pick up. This was 15+ min earlier than my pick up time I had selected. 20+ minutes before the time they just sent me. Went to pick up line and showed them the msgs. Of course the fries were cooled off. They did make me new fries. I said we would just suffer with the sandwiches. Their receipt should pick up right away. My text should the time I put in and then a later time in a 2nd message. There app needs to be checked out if it’s giving the store the wrong information.

I have eaten at a few Checkers around the country, have mostly left disappointed, regretting taking the chance. But, this was incredible! The burger was so juicy and flavorful I actually exclaimed "wow" more than once while alone in my car. I do not regret taking the chance this time, and I will surely return to this location and chance it again, soon!
