  I came here last night to pick up a doordash order for myself (yes there is a self pickup option for doordash). I pulled in the drive-thru to pickup the order, and the worker stated I would need to park and come inside to get it. Keep in mind there were ZERO other customers in the restaurant or the drive-thru. Regardless I did what she requested, and when I walked in, the order was already bagged & ready for me to leave. She could have just handed me the order at the window in the first place. I really don’t understand the logic….like where is our critical thinking skills or customer service? Do better please!

  I ordered delivery and wasn't happy with my order and I went in today and the assistant manager at Arby's was kind and remade me a different sandwich, a burger deluxe which was very good. An employee was very kind and offered me a drink because I came back and waited for a new order. Apple pie shakes are really good 👍 thanks Arby's for good customer service.

  We visited this location a week or so ago later in the evening after we had finished Christmas shopping. We were headed home and just wanted something quick and easy to go. The shift leader on duty, Natalie, was extremely kind and patient. They were having computer issues and even though they couldn't place our order at the window because of the issues, we were able to place an online order and be right there to pick it up. We really appreciated Natalie's kindness, patience, and quick thinking allowing us to still get our late night dinner. Thank you!

  Omg it was ice cold in there and by the time I took a bite from sandwich it was cold!! Poor service never again
