Horrible, waiting over 20 minutes to pay for food. The employees stood there watching and working on the drive thru. The employee in the front with the pink braids has a terrible attitude and kept snapping. Then she went to the bathroom while a customer was waiting at the counter. And the customer was not helped until she came back. The food will be cold by the time I get home.

brah, went thru drive thru, ordered the big arch with NO RAW ONIONS specifically because I dont like the raw onions but I like the crispy onion string things they put on it. paid, got my receipt and on my receipt it said “no crispy onions” so when we got to the second window I told the lady I want no RAW onions but I still want the crispy onion strings (mind you i was polite this whole time) and she said something along the lines of “you asked for the onion stings and no raw onions?” i said yes she goes yeah thats what it says so thats what you”ll get i said okay. then i get home open my food tell me why theres not one single crispy onion straw and theres A TON of raw onions??!!????!!??? like what?? mind you I ordered a big arch MEAL and when I ordered it they guy on the speaker didnt even ask me what drink i wanted and so I just ended up telling him “ill have a sweet tea with that” tell me why homie gon say “a COKE” like WHAT????? born n raised in this area and this mcdonalds always seems to disappoint. however with that being said they employees are USUALLY nice and polite but they always mess something up and it seems like they’re NEVER listening.

Slowest service in town!!! Another day another 20 minutes for a big mack…all they do is go to the next window and forget about you…such a joke

I use my mobile app to redeem an award for a hot and spicy chicken sandwich with no mayo when I went to pick up this order I placed another order that was a large fry and a medium shamrock shake. I used my McDonalds gift card at the first window and asked for a receipt. He said I had to ask the second window for a receipt, so at the second window they asked me what my orders were and I told them and I asked for a receipt they sent me to the third window. This is where the biggest problem occurred. I sat there for 15 minutes. I even set a timer after I sat there for two minutes because I had a feeling, and I heard some side talk. I called the store and a gentleman brought me a receipt to the third window after 6 minutes and the call, It was incorrect. I told him nicely why I needed the receipt because I wanted to know my gift card amount because it was not my card, somebody else this order. I called the stores number again when it hit 15 minutes and the phone was not going through. So because I was waiting there for 15 minutes for a simple receipt that I should've got at window one, I have a melted shake and a cold fries to bring to my daughter. I was not dressed properly and I was heated so I did not go inside the store. I do want to refund and an apology plus something needs to be done about this because this is the third time I asked for a receipt at the first window where you take my payment they send me to the second window and they cannot hand me my receipt. And me waiting 15 minutes for a simple receipt that they were not busy before my order but a few minutes after my order they did start getting busy but not one time did a manager come up and apologize for the wait or apologize because they could not find the receipt but left me there. For the simplest request this was the poorest customer service. This manager needs better training.
