I went to dunkin as I often do for a medium hot black coffee. Upon ordering and to my great dismay, I was informed that there were no lids available for the cups. "That's alright, I'll manage I thought" oh but how wrong I was. I deposited my coffee (lidless) into my cupholder and began my return journey back to my place of business. However upon turning out of the parking lot to assimilate with traffic I was subjected to a spill of epic proportions with coffee escaping its rightful container and expressing its newfound freedom all over my legs, reminiscent of the situation in Liebeck v. McDonald's Restaurants. I was rendered wet, hot, and bothered. Additionally the bagel lacked its usual appeal, the dough which normally brings life to my daily routine was, on this occasion, a source of personal anguish. Please fix this. Thank you. PS: The Blueberry Munchkins are delicious, please don't change a thing.

I came into this establishment, behind a woman who was waiting they did not acknowledge her or I.. she eventually left, I waited another 8 minutes standing at the cash register for all 4 employees to totally ignore me because they were back up in the drive through… you should probably have more people working during promos
