- CPC PMar 25, 20261.0Has to be the absolutely WORST Franchise in Florida and possible the entire southeast. They never have vanilla or chocolate and a hot fudge sundae is too much to ask for. Pathetic. I've given them ample opportunity to change my mind - like a half-dozen visits over the past 3-4 months; but honest to god, you'd have better luck ordering a hamburger and fires (which they do not serve). totally sucks that they advertise ice cream and then DON'T HAVE IT.

Absolutely no ice cream contained in our orders. It got so bad trying to work with the clerk in accommodating us, we just raised the white flag. I was waiting for the Punked TV cameras to come out. This can’t be for real.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
