  Everytime I go here the order is wrong unless Chris is working. Chris is a great worker with amazing customer service skills. He is awesome, and the only reason I'm giving this review a second star instead of one. The food is always great when he makes it, and very quick to come out. I made the mistake of going late on 1/19/26. The burgers were incorrect, and I waited in the drive thru for more than 10 minutes.

  I have tried a dozen or so times in the past 2 years, and at this point have wasted at least a good hundred bucks to tell you that if it's a frozen treat you're after, you're better off driving another hour away to a Dairy Queen. Do you know what would happen if this location dared to tip their Master Shake cups? The cream (cos nary an ice molecule can be located in the entire disappointment) will exit almost immediately, while the mix-ins hold their one-inch line, congealed together in the very bottom of the cup. That's what the spoon is for, after all. Nice enough folks, but you gotta be pretty simple to not understand that a milkshake typically has ice cream in it, not just flavored cream.

  I love Sonic burgers but this last visit was terrible. The entire order was cold even the cheese on the burgers.
