Tried this place again after a few months ago. Well they have improved everything about their pizza, great crust, sauce and plenty of cheese and cooked how it should be. This is the best pizza at tiger point now. Great food and the manager guy is very friendly and will make things right if there's a mistake. Only thing I would change is they need to go for old world pepperoni.

Do not expect to get an Italian cafe experience with an espresso and a pastry. The girls are not properly trained to operate their machine. A total failure of the management to purchase such a nice machine and have not trained their staff to use it. For example. I got a simple espresso. The girls did not dose it properly. She couldn’t find the tamp at first. She pulled the shot into a cold metal frothing pitcher and then poured it into the cold espresso cup. She then proceeded to do further extraction in order to fill the cup. Zero crema. Way under-extracted and diluted. The. The chocolate croissant was so stale. The girl said it was made a day or 2 ago. Who serves a 2 day old croissant at, what is supposed to be, an authentic Italian Cafe? Makes me think twice before buying one of the $7 pastries in the case.they look beautiful…but ask about freshness before ordering. I had high hopes but ended up seriously disappointed.

MUST TRY!!!!! The new "New Haven Style" is PERFECTION!! I would always ask for Well Done before the recent changes, as I am not a big fan of traditional floppy NY style pizza, so I was VERY HAPPY to see it added as an official style they do here. HUGE HUGE FAN! BEST ZA AROUND PERIOD!!!!

Finally gave Seneca’s a try after noticing it a few months back. Wow! I wish we had tried it much sooner. We have now eaten there or gotten takeout 4 times in the past 2 weeks. All aspects of this restaurant / deli / pizzeria are excellent - food, portion size, service, and ambience. Pricing is very reasonable in my opinion. Yesterday I had the large meatball sub and it was amazing. Light toasted Italian bread, loaded with handmade meatballs, and then covered with his marinara (Sunday Sauce) and cheese. This is the best meatball sub I’ve ever had. The Sunday Sauce is something special. We’ve also tried the Rueben, pizza, and Philly cheesesteak. All are excellent and the Rueben will be one of our frequent orders. It’s my understanding that the owner, Boez, was originally a baker and this is reflected in the desserts and pastries that are offered. So far we’ve tried the tiramisu and pistachio cheese cake. Both were wonderful.

I really don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I feel there’s a reason this time. We chose to dine in for dinner and it was pretty busy inside. Our server mentioned there was outdoor seating. We weren’t sure if we were supposed to seat ourselves, so we waited for a bit and eventually asked. She told us we could seat ourselves outside and that our food would be brought out in about 20 minutes. We also noticed that we weren’t offered any drinks or even water before heading outside, so we were sitting out there the whole time with nothing to drink while we waited. After about 30–40 minutes with no update, we went back inside and saw our food sitting on the counter. At that point, we just decided to take it to go and head home. Once we got home, we also noticed the pizza was a bit burnt, which was disappointing on top of the long wait and lack of service.
