  It’s subway.. but customer service is out the window. One lady working making customers sandwiches and then another pops out of the back. Doesn’t acknowledge the other 3 people waiting. After starting two other sandwiches she looks up and asks what I’d like to which I answered I placed my order online It was behind the counter already made by the First Lady that could have acknowledged my presence when I walked in and we could made the sandwich exchange then or right after the customer she was helping then rather than letting me stand there waiting.

  Placed order online because of BOGO offer, came into the store to find out the system is down and they did not get any online orders, asked about BOGO to redeem instore instead they only responded to you have to order online but online is down. All they could do is telling me every few minutes to try again like it will magically fix it self. I tried it again and then it kept telling me location is closed. The only thing they could tell me is try another location that was 15 minutes away. I came to this location not because it was my favorite location or I was in the area, I came to this location because it was 10 minutes from home going to another location would be about 30 minute drive from my house and instead of trying to take care of the customer they all they can do is tell me try a different location or try again absolutely disappointed in the location not recommended it to go to ever

  Unfortunately me giving this place a one star is even too generous!! The general manager here is so UNBELIEVABLY & EXTREMELY RUDE, and just because of her terrible attitude, how disgustingly mean she treated my mother and other customers in the building, i will NEVER be back here. Such a shame to have someone like that to be the face of your store. Do better! There is no care or concern for the customers when she is working. Ew.

  Order the new protein pocket Baja chicken, I was told that there will only be two pieces of jalapeno per wrap. I think for $4 you can include more than two pieces. Would much rather spend my money at Publix for a better quantity and quality of a food.

  Yesterday, lunchtime, no respect for the customer's time, the smaller spanish lady, takes her time transfering bread in the oven then disappears in the back while she ignores two working patiently waiting customers. She never even spoke a word to them and They both ended up walking out. Subway needs to teach customer service, and food education, the no meat eaters do not want the meat gloves - that you refuse to change - on there food, its bigger then the sandwich. Ill never return.
