Ordered a biggie bag with a jr bacon cheeseburger which comes with lettuce tomato and mayo it came with none I went inside of a completely dead Wendy’s and they didn’t even acknowledge it at first but when they did the gm was on the way out but turned around when he heard what was happening and the manager just gave me a container with the lettuce a mayo packet and a tomato slice and said make it on your own with none type of compensation I would not go here on a lunch break or something might ruin your day like it did mine

I used to go here all the time. Ordered chili and got home it was all chili water, zero meat and beans. Must have been a joke from the teenagers working there. Food is very sacred for me. If they will mess with my food in any way, I'll never go back.

Lately, I have been dissatisfied with Wendy's. It's just not the same as it used to be with the food and the service. This Wendy's was a great game changer. I had the cob salad and my husband had the talker salad. We both had frosties. The salads were fresh and loaded. Usually, there's nothing there but mine had bacon chicken. Lots of cheese not just filled with lettuce, and my husband loved his taco salad too.
They were very accommodating, made sure that everything was clean and had purpose, Personality, and service. After we were finished, I even went up to her counter and said, now that was a salad that I haven't had in a long time.Thank you so much.
