I ordered a dozen donuts (6 glazed, 3 strawberry frosted with sprinkles, and 3 vanilla frosted with sprinkles) through the drive-thru. When I checked the box, most of the donuts looked squished or poked, and none of the frosted ones had sprinkles, which should have been mentioned when ordering. I spoke with the manager, Jalen, who said, “that’s how the batch came out,” which was clearly not true. When I asked for a replacement, he said there weren’t any, so I requested a refund — which he gave me — but he didn’t show any empathy or concern for how the food looked. After leaving, I called back to speak with someone higher up. A worker named Briana answered. When I explained the situation, she argued with me and then hung up. I called back, and after I could hear the manager telling her to apologize, she finally got on the phone after several minutes and said, “my bad, ma’am.” That’s not an apology — that’s attitude. The service at this Dunkin’ is completely unprofessional, and based on other reviews, it seems like this isn’t a one-time issue. Dunkin’ should really look into how this location is being managed. I won’t be returning here again.
