  RUDE! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. FIRE THAT MANAGER. They yelled at my delivery driver (and they can’t lie because I was on a recorded phone line with my uber driver😁). They had him waiting for something that was done 30 minutes prior to him arriving. The food is subpar. Either get new employees or shut down that sad excuse for a Papa John’s. I’ve never dealt with this at ANY OTHER LOCATION.

  Buy anywhere other than this location. The pizza attached the store is trying to tell me that the photo attached is the original crust pizza. The woman (I presume manager) is hostile and rude. My kids love Papa John’s and we will never buy from this location and advise others to steer clear! The store unfortunately cannot admit they are wrong and make it right. They proposed a credit for future (after being so rude and sending the wrong pizza), no thank you and gave a second option of “remaking the pizza the exact same way.” I called corporate to complain and the woman from the store called back and said she spoke to me already and raised her voice and hung up on me.
