Came here at few minutes before breakfast close time (10:30am) for veteran’s day meal and they were already closed for breakfast. In food service meals should be served until the actual time. Very frustrating

Horrible horrible service . Lady in the drive through was incredibly rude even after I said please and thank you she gave no response shut the window in my face . Made me the worse Iced coffee ever it tasted old and way to strong

I wanted to get a drink with no sugar or caffeine, so I stopped at this Wendy’s to get Sprite Zero at their multi-drink dispenser. I bought the cup and went to the dispenser only to find that they were out of Sprite Zero…and most of the other drinks in the machine. When I asked if they could fix the problem, the counter staff said they couldn’t refill the machine. I asked for my money back and, after a bit of back and forth, they gave me a refund in cash.
I don’t like to leave poor reviews for business and stop using their services, but so many are terrible these days and this is my only recourse. My experience at this Wendy’s today is typical of others at Wendy’s restaurants over the past few years, so I’m not going to stop at any Wendy’s in the future.
