As a vegetarian, we usually aren’t served that well when it comes to adding proper veggies in our subs. But she’s done an exceptional job, was super considering, very polite and respectful. - MMMarieAug 25, 20251.0I had a very troubling experience at this Subway location involving an elderly employee. After placing a simple order and paying with my card, I later discovered that a tip had been added without my consent. I never authorized a tip, nor was I given the option to add one. When I confronted the employee, she claimed she had voided the transaction, but my bank clearly showed the charge had gone through, including the unauthorized tip. At that point, I felt I had no choice but to call the police, as what happened was clearly wrong.Even with authorities involved, the employee lied about voiding the payment, which was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. This kind of dishonest behavior is completely unacceptable.I hope corporate and local management take this seriously and ensure stricter oversight of transactions. Customers should never have to deal with this kind of situation. I won’t be returning to this location.
