I stopped by with my three little kids after the playground to enjoy doughnuts before heading home. After paying for our items I was asked to leave a top by the machine. For a service-less interaction I didn’t feel the need to leave a tip so I selected “no”. The woman behind the counter then says “no tip” okay bye and then repeats it again “bye”. Her tone was so rude and condescending and the fact that I was with my young children makes this all the more a terrible experience. I will never spend another dime at this location. Ever. I hope you’re seeing these reviews Dunkin, this place is single handedly driving away long time customers.
