- MSMiggy Saab5 days ago3.0Its fine. Its chipotle. Nothing crazy but I do wanna give it less then 5 stars solely because i finish my workout and decide I want to get some protein in. I come in around 11:40. Yes I know, what a scummy move to come in with only 20 minutes remaining before close but I was desperate. Explain to me why im immediately told to leave and that they had nothing left. I understood, I told myself "they probably just packed it up early no biggie" but then I peak in and I see some of the workers clearly making themselves some bowls with rice and some chicken. Ummmmm what happened to "we ain't got nothing". Yeah with all do respect if you're going to lie to your customers because you dont wanna serve me the meal I want make because its close to closing hours, id rather you just tell me you're closed. Not lie and then immediately make yourselves food. Hahaha. Screw you. :)

But Today I had NOELANI WHITE take care of making my burrito. You NEED friendly positive employees like her to greet you, made my experience more valuable. Thank you NOELANI for giving me such a pleasant and fast experience. Keep up the amazing work beautiful!

Wife got grossed out and didn't even touch hers, and I definitely lost my appetite. Drive back to get a refund and the manager tries to tell me it's a piece of the beans.. after showing her the wings, she proceeds to tell me they can't do the refund anyway. Both my wife and I have tried multiple times to figure it out and now have to wait for someone to "follow up," however long that takes. Not sure why Chipotle won't empower their managers to process refunds, while not making it easy to contact a human or request a refund online. Frustrating evening for no reason.

The construction and traffic is absolutely horrible…I called to get directions and she seemed really annoyed with me and clearly didn’t know where to send me. Very overwhelming when I am on a time crunch and my kids are hungry. Super disappointed to say the least…what’s the point of a drive through with no convenience.
