  I come here regularly and this isn’t the first issue, but today was enough to finally say something. I placed a mobile order and showed proof on my phone, but the staff insisted they “didn’t see it” and gave me attitude instead of just checking or fixing the situation. After going back and forth for several minutes, the order somehow appeared—but no acknowledgment, no apology, nothing. On top of that, I was given the wrong size drink (ordered a large, received a medium), which has happened more than once. I’m not expecting perfection, but basic customer service and attention to orders shouldn’t be this difficult—especially for regular customers. Between the repeated mistakes and the way this was handled, I’ll be going elsewhere.

  Didn't have drink i wanted. Don't think cashier new or understood what i was saying. Soo had to get something else. It was oookay. 🫤
