  This review is about two experiences one took place about two months ago. I ordered a biggie bag. The bread on my burger was stale and hard. The sandwich was cold. The fries were cold and stale. The nuggets were OK. My drink had no syrup. It was pure carbonation. The customer service was horrible they handed my drink first with no straw which would have gave me an opportunity to try it. The girl just stood at the window with her back turned towards me the whole time. The second experience was this past weekend my brother was visiting me and he started complaining about his visit to Wendy’s. I asked him are you referring to the one by my house? He replied yes, it was so nasty and disgusting and the food was awful. I went on to tell him, I wish I would’ve known that he was planning on going there because I would’ve told him to avoid it. I’m really not that picky. I go to Wendy’s on Park Avenue in Orange Park all the time and they make mistakes from time to time and I keep going, but my experience at this Wendy’s was so God awful In every way, I couldn’t imagine it’d be just a one time deal. As I’m leaving this review, I’m honestly shocked to see good reviews.From my perspective, the culture for the crew is broken and obviously this location is under poor management.

  1st time I went for breakfast at 8am and no one answered the drive through speaker and had to go in to order. 1 person in front of me and still waited over 10 minutes for a mediocre sandwich and they didn't have coffee. 2nd (and last) time was lunch at 1pm. Almost $11 for a taco salad that is pre-packaged who knows when and ia tiny compared to how they were 6 months ago along with a half filled small chili. Prices went up and portions went down. Another horrible company ripping people off more than ever
