  How are you going to charge someone almost $10 for a meal and can’t fill up the fries better? Staff needs better training and to stop being lazy. This happens a lot at this location.

  Every single time we visit here , there's a wait for over 15 minutes ! This is ridiculous. At this point just shut them down , find new management or a better TEAM

  I went to this location on 3/13/2026 at 7:50 PM with my wife and 2 kids. We thought we would order and sit down and eat within 30 minutes. The dining area was empty when we walked in and the drive thru only had a few cars. We ended up waiting over 30 minutes for our food. When the food finally came out the order was incomplete and some burgers were made wrong. I had to go back to the counter again to get replacement burgers and the ones we never received. While waiting there was another customer that said they had been waiting about 30 minutes for cookies. No manager ever came out and there were tables with garbage on them from when we walked in until we left. I spent over $41 and expected better service.

  My son opened his McCrispy and when he went to take his first bite. He pulled a long hair out of his mouth. So whoever is making the food at 3pm on 2/23/26 is NOT following food safety regulations. I usually disregard stuff but this is unacceptable.
