- OOOleCowJerkyCoFeb 16, 20261.0This is the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been too not because of the food or anything like that it’s the employees especially Renee I spoke to her because I made a mistake on my mobile order and was trying too see if it could be fixed instead of saying anything she hung up immediately I had to call back on a different cell phone only for her to be the rudest girl I’ve ever spoken to over the phone I had already payed for my food through the app and was told when I get to the store I won’t be getting my food just ridiculous if the job is so hard and stressful find a new one the other manger on shift was as nice as can be there’s no reason she couldn’t be as nice as him the only reason I made this review is because it’s unacceptable to treat a paying customer like that
