The male employee seemed overwhelmed but still remained polite and told us to have a great night. I ordered two drinks, a ham and cheese croissant, and a bagel with cream cheese. I had to go back up and ask for the cream cheese and a knife — which should have been included. The service felt rushed and unorganized, likely because one person was left to handle everything. Not the best experience this time around.
