- STSam Thurber5 days ago5.0Just wanted to give a shout out to Layana! I went through the drive thru today and picked up 2 mobile orders and when she came to the window I decided to ask a weird question. I am new to the latte game and asked her about them and she explained the latte process to me and she was friendly, respectful and didn't seem bothered about the question. Anyway, I left and when I tasted my latte it was actually the best one I have gotten since I've been getting them, so I immediately called and spoke to her and told her how grateful I was. She was very happy to hear the compliment and I can't wait for her to make me another one! Thank you Layana! I hope you get recognized for your awesome attitude, service and kindness! I'll be back! The 5 stars are for you!

I don't understand why they think soggy tater tots are a thing.... but they're not. Everytime I order tots they are soggy and gross. Dunkin' isn't worth it!

Pumpkin coffee that has no pumpkin, missing ingredients or just a completely different drinks. Seems like very much a training and management issue.
