  I thought having a location closer to the house would be great, but I have had nothing but issues with the location. They consistently get orders wrong, l thought I had just ordered it wrong but when I go to a different location and order it the same way I receive the correct items. Today we ordered a Kreme Delight Donut and a Marble Donut. We received a Marble Donut and Maple Donut. I've also ordered a Plain Bagel with no cream cheese and have gotten a incredibly burnt plain bagel with a thick layer of cream cheese, on many different occasions.

  I visit this Dunkin’ multiple times a week because it’s very close and convenient, but the service has been consistently disappointing. unfortunately my order is never correct, which is frustrating because I always order through the app, so there shouldn’t be any confusion. No matter whether I order a specialty coffee or a regular one, there is never any syrup or sugar in my coffee. Every time I order food, the only thing that’s hot is the snack bacon bags. Who wants to eat cold hash browns and egg sandwiches? In the past I’ve ordered donuts here as well. They’re ok, but something is really off with the strawberry iced ones! (in there defense i only ordered these once) The icing was very light pink and translucent, even in areas where the icing is layered thick. This is especially disappointing because my son has a learning disability, and Dunkin’ has always been his favorite treat when he's had a rough morning/day. I really want this location to do better, because we come here often. we will be taking a long break from this location.

  This has to be one of the worst DD"s I have visited. I travel all over and this one is Home Base and every time I have went in they are not only slow but rude. I'll happily drive a couple extra miles to Middleburg for my next trip.

  My family went thru the drive thru. Upon getting to the service window the employee was rude and asked for a tip. Handed my family their order then closed the window. No other interaction or greeting, then closed the window. My family tried to get the employee’s attention to get a receipt. Worker opened the window and with attitude after my wife asked if there was receipt, stated “did you ask for one”. My wife still not get a receipt. I called once my family returned home and told my the interaction. When I called the employee working the drive thru answered and was very short on the phone. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the customer service the employee accused my wife of being rude and asked why I was yelling at her and that she was just an employee and I was old. Why is there no manager or supervisor on the grounds during ALL working hours. This employee’s attitude is unacceptable and needs to be dismissed from her position. No matter the circumstances!

  I just went through the drive thru for a refresher and as soon as the employee opened the window she told me the total and asked if I wanted to leave a tip. I said sure, $1. She then shook her head and laughed a little, ran my card, handed me my card and drink and closed the window. Not another word. I sat for a second waiting for a receipt and she looked over at me. I was trying to ask for a receipt but she couldn’t hear me so she opened the window. I asked if there was a receipt. She then said “you didn’t ask. You could have asked”. I said you didn’t even say a word to me and closed the window. She then asked what my attitude was for and I asked what her attitude was for and she was yelling as I drove away. My husband called after I told him about it and she was rude to him and said I was giving her attitude while other employees were laughing in the background. She then asked why he was getting mad and she’s young. I’m so taken aback by the whole thing. I just asked for a receipt and didn’t have an attitude.
