The manager is always skimping out on ingredients and always forgets either my drink or sides I ask for

However, portion sizes can be inconsistent, especially during lunch hours when the manager is overseeing the serving area. It is noticeable that portions tend to be smaller at those times. My most recent visit the manager was not present, the portion sizes were much more reasonable. The area leading up to the counter is usually clean, though the utensil and drink stations could be better maintained. Overall, it is a decent experience, but consistency could definitely improve.
