  Mac n cheese and beans overcooked and ribs was decent but definitely didn’t come off a real smoker and the worst peach cobbler I’ve ever had

  Rack City Ribz absolutely delivered a true Southern barbecue experience. I ordered the meat sampler with two extra ribs, plus sides of collard greens and macaroni and cheese, and it was a feast from start to finish. The meats were smoky, tender, and packed with flavor — especially the ribs, which were fall-off-the-bone good and worth every extra bite. You can tell real care goes into the seasoning and slow cooking. The collard greens were a standout side: perfectly seasoned, rich, and tender without being mushy. They tasted homemade in the best way possible. The macaroni and cheese had great flavor and a creamy texture, though the noodles were a bit softer than my personal preference — I tend to like mine a little more firm. That said, the taste was still on point and complemented the barbecue well. Overall, Rack City Ribz serves up hearty portions, bold flavors, and genuine comfort food that hits the spot. If you’re craving authentic, satisfying BBQ with classic Southern sides, this place is definitely worth the visit. I’ll absolutely be back.
