- MBMr. BlankFeb 11, 20262.0I only go to this location because it’s near my house (I’ve been going here for about 3 years) but I don’t even like walking in there, i simply can’t take it anymore after today. There’s a specific worker there who has never and i mean ever been nice, she’s always been rude or given an attitude about anything and everything even if it’s simply taking my order. i even try to order on mobile so I don’t have to talk to her but the order always gets messed up and she somehow is the only one available to talk to about it. I saw her be rude to some girl today, we both glared to each other after her response, clearly showing it wasn't just me who thought she was rude. Everyone else is sweet, it’s just that one lady. I can understand if you’re in a rush, it’s busy, you had a bad day- but she just is NEVER nice no matter the time or how busy it is. Just a warning, it’s the brown skin lady with tattoos and usually a high bun with glasses.

Super disappointed, especially since Dunkin is usually reliable. If you’re going to burn it this badly, at least warn people or include a fire extinguisher. “Normally love Dunkin. Today? Not so much. Burnt, inedible, and a waste of money.” Please have a manager explain how this was okay.”
