  I came thru the drive thru very early in the morning and a specific girl at the drive thru could really use some customer service training. She was not very nice and my order was incorrect for one drink. When I came back in for a refund the girl on the inside was very sweet and understanding 10/10 for her. - at the store 10/25/2025

  The ladies on the register are normally very nice. I just truly don't like how I bring my cup to get a refill with a Dunkin Dunuts refillable Tumbler & they make you feel very uncomfortable. It feels as if I'm inconveniencing them and my cup is "CONTAMINATED". They say that the manager doesn't allow Tumblers in the back so they hand your drink in their normal cups and they say that it's up to you to pour it into your Tumbler. I attempted it one time cause I figured it can't be that bad.....and half of the drink almost poured on me. After that visit I just kept my clean Tumbler in my hands and just took their regular cups and drank it in their plastic cup. (which defeats the purpose of the refillable tumbler, and their wasting company money by still giving me a regular cup every-time someone brings a tumbler) I work at a high end Medspa, where I need to wear business attire. I don't think it's right that a anyone would have to pour their coffee from one cups to another and manage no to spill it on their clothing. I'm a loyal customer that goes to Dunkin 5-6 times a week (literally, I'm not exaggerating ) for the past 4 years straight and I never had this issue anywhere else. Now that the Dunkin on 41 is open again due to a remodel, I'll continue to bring my business back to that location where they refill my cup with no issues and the entire staff and managers are very welcoming.

  Went through the drive thru, and the girl taking my order audibly SIGHS while speaking to me. As if she was annoyed with her job or that I was ordering. I pull up to the window and knew it was her, she seemed to have less of an attitude when speaking face to face but overall just bad customer service. I called to let a manager know about the service and all I got was an “I’m sorry about that”. It would’ve been nice for the manager to ask what the actual situation was or offered an action step and tell me she would at least speak with the employee. (I also suspect the “manager” who picked up the phone was the girl who took my order). So not impressed.
