  I usually rotate between different coffee shops during the week, but there’s something special about coming through this drive-thru. Ordering my usual hot caramel latte and getting to the window to be greeted by a cashier who makes you feel truly welcome makes all the difference. Great, fast service—and most of all, that welcoming feeling keeps me coming back.

  I absolutely LOVEEEE this store, it’s my daily go to every day!!! When someone can’t meet workplace standards, sometimes the next step is leaving negative reviews. Fortunately, us LOYAL customers know the difference between frustration and facts. If some people had the same type of time/energy they put into writing a negative review to actually working this world would be so much better!

  I LOVE WHEN MY POINT IS PROVEN LOL (READ BELOW) SO AGAIN IF U WANT THE TRUTH NOT NO FAKE MADE BY EMPLOYEES OR PEOPLE THEY ASLED TO COME ON HERE AND LIE REVIEWS JUST LOOK AT THE REVIEWS THAT COME RIGHT BEFORE ALL THE 5 STARREVIEWS THAT WERE ONLY POSTED TO TRY AND DROWN OUT THE TRUTH. This place is joke!! Look if you want honest reviews just look at the ones that come before the fake 5 star reviews, seeing as for the most part you only see a 5 star review right after a customer put an honest 4 or less star review. If you are okay with going to a place of buisness where the assistant manager feels its ok to bad talk and degrade another employee IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS plus some other unproffessional behaviour (read below) then this is the place for you. Just dont be fooled by fake reviews that are posted by employees who only want to drown out what is really going on at this establishment. I just moved to the area from Tampa and the first thing I did was find a Dunkin since I'm a big fan of their signature latest, and since this one is right near where I work I thought it would be perfect, I WAS WRONG!! first of all I speak fluent Spanish and English though I dont look Hispanic at all, and the first and only time I came here about a month ago, I was greeted and had my order taken by a very pleasant young lady, who name I dont know since they dont wear name tags, but she was exactly what the definition of good customer service is. Some of her co-workers on the other hand should not work in the customer service industry at all. So after I place my order I go to wait by the other counter for my drink I hear this short Hispanic female with a very long pony tail speaking to another Hispanic female in Spanish and I was blown away and disgusted by the way they were trash talking customers and being very disrespectful about the young lady who had taken my order, she had no clue what they were saying but regardless thats not O.K. so I asked who the manager was and was taken aback to find out one of the females, whome, I thought was just the cook was actually the assistant manager. She called her over to where I was and the first thing that assistant manager did was get on to the female and talk to her as though she was a child, for not being where she was suppose to then before she could even get over to her assigned spot the lady demanded her to help with drinks, and even though she said "yes ma'am" with a smile it was clear that she did not appreciate being talked to like that. By the time this so called assistant manager decided to talk to me, the customer, I honestly had no desire to speak with someone who felt it was ok to treat employees like that or trash talking other people right in front of customers. So I decided I would just call the next day when the store manager was there and I tried a few times over the next few days and no one ever answered. All I know is that I've not returned and have no desire to. I spoke to a coworker about my experience and she said she also had similar experiences going this Dunkin, she said the employees were being rude and loud and dropping the F word right in front of customers, and one day saw this black female with glasses being down right rude to another girl who had been making drinks, she litterally walked up tk her and said "Just move, ive got it" all because the girl asked a question. Bottom line is this place is the worst Dunkin I've ever been to they should really teach their employees how, not only to treat customers but also how to treat each other and that just because ur speaking spanish its still not ok to be trash talking coworkers or customes while at work in front of customers nor should it be tolerated to have employees behind the counter being loud and cursing. If this is the way this place is always ran I'm shocked they are still in business. I dont recommend going here and will never return. Food: 1/5 | Service: 1/5 | Atmosphere: 1/5

  Love coming to this Dunkin great service and good quality breakfast food now I’m not gone lie they get busy and as all humans they do their best throughout the rushes I would recommend this place to anyone if u had a bad experience try this place again they grow daily 💯🤞🏾 shout out to Jada, deahnnie ,yailyn the Spanish lady with the braces Ayva the manager Sarah and the whole staff yall are the reason Gibsonton runs on DUNKIN❤️‍🔥 thank you guys

  Stopped by Dunkin’ this morning and had a great experience. The staff was super friendly and quick with my order, even though it was busy. My coffee was made exactly how I like it and the food was fresh and hot. The place was clean and the whole process was smooth. Definitely one of the better Dunkin’ locations I’ve been to—great service and consistent quality. I’ll definitely be coming back!
