  The service was excellent! I brought a group of kids from St. Francis House to take advantage of Wendy’s promotion, offering free small fries and a small Frosty. Everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. The morning manager, Miss Ava, was very helpful when I called ahead to arrange everything, and Mr. Nick, the afternoon manager, made sure we were well taken care of during our visit. Great service—thank you all so much!

  I just wanted a large frosty and it took 10 minutes. Looks like they had to refill the machine but I was never once spoken to. Eventually they put it on the counter and walked away. Never a single word was spoken to me.

  They make uber drivers wait at a window inside and then never come check it. They blatantly ignore the bell. The orders just sit on the counter until they feel like it. Literally watching your employees laugh and joke around back there with orders dying on the counter as I type this.

  Don’t ever come to this location, they take 30 minutes to even get you your food and have you pull into these imaginary “waiting spots” and they tell you it’s only going to be 2 minutes. That white manager in the drive thru, he is awful at dealing with large volumes of customers.
