  We have only been 2x's The food was ok but the portions are very small, v bc they have a the 1st time we ordered 2 Cantina bowles sub steak for chicken,. (no lettuce or pico, x beans, x rice) 2 potato burritos, 1 of the new taco salad(it was really small, almost bite sized) and 12pk cinnabons, somehow it totaled over $50🤨 we got home and there wasn't any meat or anything on the bowles, just 1 tiny scoop of rice and beans, I called and told them, (I was very understanding I have worked in for most of my adult life) but it was too far to go back that night, the manager I spoke to was really nice, and understanding but never took my name or anything, we ended up stopping by a few days later to get the replacements when I went in I spoke to the manager on shift and she had a totally different attitude from on the phone, felt like she was almost accusing me of lieing or wanting something free (even though the 1st order was somehow over $50 and the 2nd order we got with the replacement bowles we spent another $45 no apology, discount for future visits, anything) I showed her the pics receipts and the pics she came back 3 separate xs questioning me over the bowles, of course I'm gonna want a replacement no one is gonna spend over $15 for a tiny scoop of rice with a even smaller scoop of beans and some sauce, I wasn't asking for something for nothing I paid for x beans x rice ECT🤨🤔💸

  Terrible service, I waited for two hours in the line for my food that I ordered and paid for online and finally reach the intercom for them to tell me to wait and not return

  Y'all I ordered a chicken stacker and a 5 layer burrito. Lemme tell you, whoever is working at around 5 - 5:30AM Thursday March 26th 2026 needs a RAISE. I haven't had the greatest luck with my 5 layer burritos in a while, they usually put hella beans and I don't really love beans. The chicken stackers arent usually something to rave around but MY GOD these people have done the Lords work and I don't even believe in jebus. My chicken stacker was exactly how it should be, STACKED with chicken. The ratio on the 5 layer burrito was phenomenal. Thank yall for ACTUALLY satisfying my craving and delivering quality food cause the worst thing is waiting an hour for your doordash just to get shitty, cold and unappetizing food. LOVE YALL 💕

  MISA at the Taco Bell on Archer Road absolutely deserves five stars. She was super friendly, double‑checked my order, and made sure everything was hot, fresh, and exactly right. Her positive attitude and attention to detail, especially as the manager on duty, turned a quick fast‑food stop into a genuinely great experience. MISA should definitely be recognized for her outstanding customer service!
