Yes one employee was helping someone already but was going so very slow and the others just stood around doing nothing. It’s enough counter space for 2 people to be working on subs not just one person. And yes this is the subway on campus but last time I checked it’s not as busy as it was before COVID so therefore those that are there working should be doing just that not sitting around talking when customers are waiting.
