Ordered a salad a Gatorade that I was upcharged for but never received and paid for cookies the told me it would take 3 hours to bake never received those either. I did not get a partial refund for the missing items when asked they said a manager was not there and only a manager could do it the employees acted as if they could do nothing other than make a sub or salad and that is there only responsibility. I would hope that subway investigates this type of behavior because it is unacceptable and truthfully is theft of my money because I am not receiving my full order I paid for and can get any refund for my missing food. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at any subway except for the one that closed and they both had inept management and employees.

The staff did not greet us upon arriving to the counter. The bread is not cooked all the way. When they put my chicken on the sandwich they didn't spread it out so I had half a sandwich without meat. Went to go get a refill while still eating and had to purchase another drink because they do not do refills. I really hope this is not a singleton subway. If this isn't you need to get a hold of Zoey Singleton and see how a subway is suppose to be ran.

Awful service. I saw the "shift manager" making someone else's sandwich have a meatball roll off the sandwich and on to the bottom of the oven, pick it up and put it back on the customers sandwich and LAUGH!!. . The cashier asked me if I wanted to make it a meal and add a drink I said "yes" but he must have heard no.. I started to tell him my drink order and he protested "I just asked you if you wanted a drink!" I let him know I andwered yes, and he had the balls to argue abd say I said no! Biggest bunch of stoner idiots I've ever ordered from!!
