  I drive for UberEats, and Blake (I think) was awesome earlier this week when he helped coordinate with me to fulfill a last minute order. There was a glitch and the order info wasn't visible, so I had to relay the order over the phone on my way to the restaurant. Blake was all ears. A lot of restaurants and/or restaurant staff fail to recognize that facilitating last minute orders and helping drivers resolve similar issues is a huge help not only to the drivers but also the customer who is receiving the order. There are many establishments in Gainesville that will not make an order if it comes in right before close (they've already broken down their equipment, the fryers are off, the tea has already been dumped, etc.). Blake ensured that this Sonic location wasn't on that list. The driver got paid, the customer recieved their food, and Sonic made a sale. Kudos to Blake!

  this sonic actually sucks, save your time & money and just go to the other one. they consistently under-fill the tots to a crazy extent. why pay for a large tot and get no more than what comes in a medium??? literally a complete waste of money and time. not to mention requesting six ranches total for my friend and i’s meals and getting ZERO. like actually no sauce at all for the entire meal but somehow they didn’t forget the salt packets or mints. the service is decent, albeit usually slow, but the food quality and consistency is insanely bad. it’s very easy to see why this sonic has such a terrible rating compared to the OG gnv sonic, which is so much better

  I have always loved the sonic, but not this location. The lettuce on the hamburgers and tomatoes were turning brown. Not fresh. The shake was super runny had to send it back. So very disappointing.

  Blue eyes lightskin manager keeps hitting on my 16 yearold daughter (he's atleast 25+) she tells him her age and he has ignored it over 3 times now. She asked him to leave her alone and he still does not. Please talk to your Employees and inform them 16 is still not legal

  As a loyal sonic customer I can promise I will not be back again. My order was made incorrectly and they gave me the wrong drinks. The waitress came back about 2 minutes later asking for the drinks back and gave me the correct ones. She also took my burgers which didn’t have cheese on them to get them remade. The drinks were given to the correct customer afterwards which I find unsettling as they were in my car for about 2 minutes unattended. After about 15 minutes I had to use the call box to ask where my burgers were. About a minute after they did come out. At this point I asked for the sides to be remade. The waiter/food runner this time was suggesting they were made correctly the first time and shouldn’t be remade. Alas my sides were cold at this point, I was going to eat at home. I wasted about 30 mins of my life to get a sub par meal from Sonic, I will not be back again this really rubbed me the wrong way.
