I snapped my receipts from McDonald's when I got home and the employee has already stolen my fetch receipt. I will not go back there, it wasy 1st time and it will bey last time. Can't even trust the employees

They are undercooked by at least a full min. There are squishy and raw. Get it together man. Let the food cook! I'm happy to wait an extra minute or 2 considering we wait more then 10 minutes sometimes but at least make sure the food is cooked properly. Ugh so pissed off that I just wasted money at this location yet again. Do better. It's not rocket science.

They still couldn't find my order. They said it probably was cancelled because there frier was down and I had hashbrowns included in my order. I left the drive thru and called customer service to cancel and request a refund. Customer Service took all my info accurately. I was told someone would contact me. I never received a refund, reward points back, or a call from anyone. I called Customer Service almost two weeks later and went through the same process. They confirmed my original complaint was filed and someone would contact me. Well, I have yet to be contacted and had to dispute the charge with my credit card company.
