  Ordered online, the veggies were poorly prepared, would rank this worst of all Indian restaurants in GNV in terms of food quality. Their Tuesday south indian dosa is good.

  We had the lunch buffet. Even though we walked in only ten minutes before closing, they kept bringing us more and more dishes as we ate. It was amazing. Every item was amazing in taste, even after they closed. The service was brilliant as well. The interior aesthetic was amazing. I would highly recommend Manzil if you are in the Gainesville area.

  We stopped by Manzil Indian Restaurant for lunch a few days ago with a group of 9, and had a mixed experience overall. Some of us opted for the buffet while others ordered directly from the menu, which gave us a good range of dishes to try. The service was friendly and prompt, especially considering the size of our group, which we really appreciated. The bhindi do pyaza was a bit disappointing—it seemed under cooked and lacked the flavor we were expecting. On the other hand, the vegetable kofta was excellent and definitely a highlight of the meal. The buffet offerings were fairly standard Indian fare, nothing particularly stood out, but the dessert, especially the gajar halwa, was noteworthy and a great way to end the meal. Overall, a decent spot with some hits and misses, but worth trying for certain dishes.

  The second I walked into the dining room, I was warmly greeted by my server. He took me to my table and memorized my order by heart as if what I said mattered and he was listening. The food was exceptional and our spice level requests were respected. The ambiance felt warm and like I was home. All of the staff that came to the table were happy and welcoming and respectful as if we were the only table in the restaurant, which we weren’t. The timing of all table visits was on point. This will be my go-to restaurant for Indian dishes and I can’t wait to keep going back!
