We are a local family-owned business bringing our authentic bagel recipe to Gainesville. With the use of a New York WaterMaker, we are able to replicate authentic New York water mixed into every bagel. Bagels are made on-site from scratch and are boiled and baked fresh every single morning. We apologize for any wait times our customers experience as we are currently located in a tiny brick and mortar shop. We hope you can stop in sometime soon.
