    It used to be much better. The prices have gone way up and the food quality has gone way down. The lettuce is now always bitter and not green and the meat portions have gotten slightly smaller. Today was the last straw. I ordered a Big John and it looked more like a slim with a tiny bit of toppings (see photo).

    I’m not kidding this literally took 20 minutes from ordering to me getting my sandwich. I’ve never seen someone move slower in my entire life
