The employee taking my order was extremely rude and kept interrupting me, saying “next, next, next” as if she was rushing me to finish. I wasn’t even able to complete my order properly because of how unprofessional she was. Upset, I went inside and asked to speak with a manager. When I asked who the manager on duty was, the employees just started pointing at each other and laughing. Eventually, someone gave me a name — either “Madeline” or “Adeline” — but based on the way they were acting, I doubt that was even her real name. The entire staff was unprofessional and dismissive. This experience has completely turned me off from ever returning to this location — and possibly any Taco Bell. I will also be contacting corporate to report this. There are plenty of kind, respectful people out there looking for work. If you don’t like your job, don’t work. It’s that simple.
