- ASAmanda Simmons4 days ago1.0No customers in line. 3 people working & i was ignored by all 3. Finally someone acknowledged me & says they would help me soon. Then the next person said the same thing. When the 3rd employee said it, i walked. They obviously dont need anyone's business.

The team is friendly, helpful, and always greets you with a smile. The positive energy shows, and it makes the experience much better. Great job to the new management and staff!

When it was my turn the guy told me that he couldn't make our sandwiches because he's closing at 9. I stood in line for 30 minutes just to get nothing. Really need to get it together
- JJJamesNov 1, 20252.0I went to the store 74425-0 on 10-31-2025 where there were 2 associates working at roughly 6:15pm. I was waiting to be able to order when the female worker decided it was her right to tell me and her co worker she was not going to serve me that she wanted her co worker to serve her because she was a paying customer. Please keep this in mind she was behind the counter when she stated that comment. She then decided to come around and to cut me off so she can order. At the time the male associate who was very professional went ahead with my order because I was there waiting. At that time the female associate became frustrated and went behind counter and started making her own food. While stating to her fellow worker because he didn't make her food and was doing my food she stated he would be the one doing all the cleaning and just being completely unprofessional. As for the male associate I wish I got the name but he knows how customer service is supposed to be ran. I am a manager at a retail store in Gainesville and thats a future manager. He took care of me and even gave me a discount because of her behavior. He did state she does this every time she works. Now the other thing is I never saw her pay she just made meal and left.
