- SWSha Walis6 days ago1.0Was at Shands getting a treatment and ordered online. Put in correct address. I did 2 different orders and only 1 was there ready. Walked down twice and was told the order was put in at the wrong location. I called the other location, which confirmed that was not the truth. Called and spoke with the same guy about the order, and he confirmed the location and said it was sent to the big hospital. Asked for a manager during the next call, only for her to tell me the order was canceled. Why send someone on a goose chase that's already sick? She apologized for his "exertion." Poor leadership is why staff has poor customer support. A hospital is full of sick individuals; there's no place for bad attitudes and unprofessionalism.

I had a bad appointment but went to lunch there after and it was THE most rewarding experience I've ever had at a subway restaurant. The manager was kind, the service was fast, the food was fresh and delicious. This has to be the cleanest subway ever. Great job Candice Sheppard
